2.25 oz. Austin 101 Light Whiskey
.25 oz. turbinado simple syrup
Dash of aromatic bitters to taste
Orange peel garnish
In the bottom of a straight-sided old fashioned glass, combine the bitters and simple syrup by swirling the glass for 5 seconds. Pack the glass with ice, add the Austin 101 and stir for 20-30 seconds. Garnish with orange peel.
