101 Long Tall Texan


  • 2 oz of Austin 101

  • 1 oz of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz of orange liquor (Cointreau)

  • Simple syrup to taste

Pour into tall glass with ice, top with Topo Chico or plain soda.

Garnish with lemon slice.
