Austin Lemon Cooler

2 oz Austin 101 or Austin 85

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1/4 oz Agave syrup or to taste

Plain sparkling water

Slice of lemon for garnish

Stir together, pour into tall glass filled with ice, top with sparkling water and slice of lemon.
