Austin 101 Blackberry COOLER
2 oz Austin 101 Light Whiskey
.5 oz simple syrup
2 fresh lime slices
1 mint leaf
5-6 blackberries
Soda water
Add blackberries to shaker and muddle lightly. Add rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake for about 15 seconds until well chilled and mixed. Strain over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with blackberries and lime slice.
