Austin Wilde Old Fashion
2 oz Austin 101
1 oz Guinness Stout
¼ oz Guinness simple syrup
Couple of dashes of Angostura bitters
Orange peel garnish
In a mixing glass add ice, Austin 101, Guinness stout, simple syrup and stir until chilled. Strain into an old fashion glass over ice. Top with the bitters,squeeze orange peel over glass and garnish with orange peel.
How to make Guinness simple syrup: in a microwave proof container add one part Guinness Stout and one part sugar. Warm slowly until sugar dissolves. Store in fridge. Great over ice cream!
